This wheel illustrates, if nothing else, a usable object.

This image is the final stage in my process to create a rubber texture.

The great majority of my CAD and modeling work has been in creating better looking textures; better wood, better semi-gloss white paint, better asphalt.

In need of a more accurate rendering texture I have the ability to break a real-life surface into its rendering equivalent components.
