On this same island, if you were to walk down the east hill from the house, you would eventually arrive at this pier.

As I created the island topography I made sure to include a protected, fairly deep water anchorage.

This pier is about 150 feet long, in 20-25 feet of water and protected by high cliffs to the north, west and south.

I have assembled the joists, two per set of pilings, with two bolts through each piling and carefully rusted steel plate.

The sea floor has not recieved much thought. At this incarnation it had only been given a ripply light-colored sand texture and left as an infinite horizontal plane.
